INTRODUCTION
Compete in a fast-paced hackathon with Google and Microsoft, where you'll collaborate to solve real-world problems using the latest tech tools. Work with a team to create innovative solutions and showcase your skills for a chance to win exciting prizes.

Eligibility:
Undergraduate and Postgraduate students of technical backgrounds.
Registration Deadline – 2nd March
Round 1: Submission of PPT
Teams are required to submit a PowerPoint Presentation (PPT) by 26th February. The PPT should include:
- An overview of the problem and the team's understanding of it
- The proposed solution or approach
- Technologies, tools, and frameworks planned for use
- Any initial concepts or designs (e.g., wireframes, flowcharts)
- A development plan and timeline leading up to the final day
Results of PPT Round
The results of the PPT submission round will be announced on 27th February. Selected teams will advance to the next stage. Selected teams will be updated via mail , website.(15 teams will be qualified)
Final Round: 5th March (TECHDAY)
The final round will occur on 5th March during TECHDAY, consisting of a 24-hour prototyping session. Teams will develop their solutions during this period.
At the end of the 24 hours, each team will present their final prototype or solution along with a demo. This will be followed by a detailed presentation to explain the technical aspects, the impact of their solution, and how it solves the problem.

- Feasibility and scalability
- User experience and practicality
- How well the solution addresses the problem statement
Guidelines:
- Duration: The hackathon will last 24 hours.
- Problem Statement: Participating teams will be required to present a solution to the given problem statement.
- Team Composition: Teams must have 4-5 members.
- Component Requirements: Qualified teams after Round 1 will inform the required components via a Google Form provided by Newton School of Technology X ADYPU.
- Intercollegiate Teams: Participants can form teams with members from different colleges.
Rules:
- Only one member from each team should register for the competition.
- A person cannot be a member of more than one team.
- Any attempt to attack the host system in unintended ways will lead to disqualification.
- Teams must work independently. Sharing answers or collaborating with other teams will be considered cheating.
- No team is allowed to leave the college premises after 9 PM.
- Prohibited substances: Alcohol, e-cigarettes, vapes, and other intoxicating substances are strictly prohibited.
- Posting queries on public forums will not be entertained.
- Unethical means of finding solutions will result in disqualification.
- Teams will be held accountable for any damages caused to lab equipment or college property.
- The decision of the judges will be final.
- All registration details must be accurate. No changes will be allowed afterward.
Judging & Code Review Rounds:
- Judges may visit teams to assess progress in three rounds:
- Round 1: Basic code review.
- Round 2: Halfway code check, explanation, questioning, and suggestions for enhancement.
- Round 3: Final review, evaluating the implemented changes.
- Judges’ decisions are final, based on innovation, technical implementation, UX, scalability, and relevance.
- Any form of cheating, plagiarism, or unfair practices results in disqualification.
Collaboration & Presentation:
- Teams can seek mentor help but cannot collaborate with other teams.
- Teams must present their project to judges, showcasing features and innovations.
Intellectual Property & Submission:
- Teams retain full ownership of their project.
- Organizers may request code for promotional purposes.
- Code and documentation must be submitted before the deadline; late submissions may face penalties.
Code Validation & Sharing:
- Organizers may validate code to ensure compliance.
- Participants are encouraged to open-source their projects post-Hackathon.
Code of Conduct:
- Participants must uphold respect, inclusivity, and professionalism.
- Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior is strictly prohibited.
Prizes & Arbitration:
- Awards include cash, mentorship, incubation, or other incentives.
- Organisers' decisions are final in case of disputes.
Liability & Rule Changes:
- Organisers are not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries.
- Rules, format, or prizes may be modified, with timely communication to participants.
