RULE BOOK

Introduction

- Welcome to RC Car Race (electric only), a thrilling enthusiast competition to check the control of players on their joysticks.

Registration Details

- Registration Start: 21st February

- Registration Deadline: 2nd March

- Event Day: 5th March

Event Flow

- 10:00 AM: Registration verification at NST X ADYPU.

- 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM: Rounds.

- 3:00 - 4:00 PM: Finals.

- 4:30 PM: Winners announced.

Race Format

- RC cars will compete against each other in designated race rounds.

- The competition format and round details will be communicated on the event day.

Technical Specifications

Dimensional Specifications

- Max Length: 55 cm.

- Max Width: 30 cm.

- Max Height: 30 cm.

- Allowed motors: Sensor-based or sensorless (all-electric classes).

Radio Equipment

- Channels: Only two (steering and throttle).

- Frequency: 2.4 GHz DSM/DSS (must notify transmission details).

- No advanced radio features beyond control/trimming.

Tyres

- Cutting tyres to fit different wheels is prohibited.

Battery

- Max Voltage: 24V.

Transmission & Drive

- Allowed: Single-speed transmissions with 2WD or 4WD.

Disputes and Appeals

Race Director

- The race director has the final say in all disputes and rule interpretations.

Appeals

- Teams may appeal a decision by submitting a written complaint after the race.

Miscellaneous

Weather

- In case of bad weather (for outdoor events), the race may be postponed or canceled.

Equipment Failure

- Organizers are not responsible for equipment failure or damage to RC cars during the event.

Liability

- Participants and spectators attend the event at their own risk. Organizers are not liable for injuries or damages.
